At Bonzaia, we strive to ensure our customers have the best experience. Since our floral arrangements and gifts are custom-made, returns and refunds are handled carefully under specific conditions:

✅ Returns or exchanges are accepted if:

  • The product was delivered damaged or does not match the order.

  • There was an error from our side regarding the type or design of the arrangement.

❌ Returns are not accepted if:

  • The item was a custom-made or personalized order.

  • The arrangement was received in good condition and more than 24 hours have passed.

  • The item was damaged due to improper storage by the customer.

📅 Notification window:

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, with photos showing the issue.
